DECODE YOUR ENERGETIC BLUEPRINT WITH HUMAN DESIGN
Come explore the hidden mechanics beneath your energy, decisions, relationships, and recurring patterns and leave with a deeper understanding of how you’re designed to move through the world.
In this interactive three-hour Human Design workshop, you’ll work directly with your own bodygraph to explore where your energy is naturally consistent and impacts others, where you may be especially sensitive to other people’s energy, expectations, and conditioning, and how to make decisions in a way that feels more natural to you.
We’ll begin with the nine Energy Centers, including where you may absorb or amplify the energy of others and where recurring patterns of pressure, overthinking, overworking, or emotional sensitivity may show up. Then we’ll bring everything together through Type, Strategy, and Authority, which are the foundational Human Design tools for understanding how you naturally engage with opportunities, relationships, and everyday decisions.
